Cancellation Policy

Policy & Confidentiality Agreement Cancellation & Lateness Policy: Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, equivalent to 50% of the session fee, being charged. Email: Support@nikkimarielifecoaching.com. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will not have their session extended, and the session will count as a cancellation. Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited, and no refunds or make-up sessions will be offered. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the life coach. Confidentiality Agreement: All information shared during coaching sessions, including but not limited to personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings, will be treated as strictly confidential. The client agrees not to disclose any confidential information shared during sessions to third parties without the explicit consent of the life coach. The life coach also agrees not to disclose any confidential information about the client to third parties, except where required by law or in cases where the client poses a danger to themselves or others. Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property: The client acknowledges that the coaching sessions may involve the sharing of proprietary information, techniques, or methodologies owned by the life coach. The client agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or disclose any such proprietary information shared during sessions without the prior written consent of the life coach. Disclaimer: The client acknowledges that the services provided by the life coach are coaching services and not to be construed as therapy or medical advice. The life coach does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, choices, or decisions made by the client as a result of coaching sessions. Agreement Acceptance: By participating in coaching sessions, whether through individual sessions or the Empowerment Bundle, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy, confidentiality agreement, and disclaimer.
